Sunglass Hut cares about the world in which we live. That's why we are proud to be part of OneSight. Founded in 1988 and inspired by Sunglass Hut, OneSight is a family of charitable programs dedicated to improving vision for those in need through outreach, research and education.

More than 250 million adults and children worldwide suffer from poor vision because they don't have access to eye exams and glasses. Through OneSight, Sunglass Hut employees volunteer with doctors and other partners to hand-deliver eye care and eyewear through Global Eye Care Clinics. To date, we have helped more than six million people around the world see more clearly. OneSight also funds research and education programs, totaling more than $6 million to date, for vision preservation grants and scholarships to students pursuing degrees in Optometry.

Supporting OneSight is simple. We invite you to get involved in our charity by donating your used sunglasses or prescription eyewear at a Sunglass Hut location near you. We'll recycle and hand-deliver your used eyewear to those in need during a OneSight Global Eye Care Clinic. We gladly accept non-prescription sunglasses and women's, men's and children's prescription glasses and bi-focals. You can also help by making monetary donations to the OneSight Foundation to help fund OneSight programs in your own community, in North America and around the world.
