Bring your sunglasses into one of our stores within 6 months of purchase and we will be happy for you to exchange them for the same pair, or a pair of equal value (if the same pair is not available), for 50% of the full, original retail price. You can enjoy this offer anytime in the first 6 months on full price goods only, providing you have your original receipt.

This offer may only be used once in the 6 months.

If your sunglasses have a manufacturing fault within warranty, please return to any of our stores where we will be happy to offer you credit, an exchange or a refund.

Conditions of Return

Returns Policy - We will offer you a full refund or exchange on unwanted or faulty goods (not including accidental damage/scratched lenses or crystals) within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt and only if the black Sunglass Hut tag is still attached to the bridge of the sunglasses.  The product and packaging must be in a saleable condition.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original method of payment.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Gift vouchers/cards are valid for a period of one calendar year only from date of purchase and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
