As a Store Manager you must have the experience and ability to lead and develop your store team to achieve a consistently high sales performances and excellent level of customer service. The right candidate will be results focused, and able to inspire their team to exceed store sales targets and customer expectations. The Store Manager must be able to instill their team with the passion and drive and product and fashion knowledge required to represent the Sunglass Hut brand. The Store Manager should also have the flexibility and skill to support the Area Manager as and when required.
